- Vans must be weighed on the weighbridge and the driver signs a household-waste declaration; commercial and sign-written vehicles are not permitted. Height limit 1.94m (6ft 5in).

- DIY waste (bricks, rubble, hardcore): one car-boot load a month.
- Vehicle height limit 1.94 metres (6ft 5in).
- Pedestrians can use the site.
