Merseyside tips and recycling centres
Merseyside Recycling and Waste Authority runs 14 household waste recycling centres for Knowsley, Liverpool, Sefton, St Helens, Wirral. None of them needs booking.
No booking needed
No booking needed in a standard car. Vans of any size, single-cab pick-ups, cars with rear seats removed and trailers 2-3 metres long must book a free appointment online (up to 12 visits a year). Next-day bookings close at 4pm.
