Vans, trailers and permits
- Pickups, small vans, short-wheelbase Transit vans, small minibuses and sign-written cars need a permit; all vehicles must be no longer than 5m and no higher than 2.1m.
- Small domestic trailers up to 1.8m bed length towed by a standard car need no permit; trailers between 1.8m and 3m need a permit.
Before you visit any Anglesey tip
- Soil, rubble, DIY waste, car batteries, tyres, asbestos (small bagged and sealed amounts), gas bottles and engine oil are accepted in limited amounts only.
- Trade waste is not accepted.
- Show proof of Anglesey residency (council tax bill, driving licence or recent utility bill) at your windscreen.
